A
Accessibility
The Kohl Center is fully accessible for patrons with disabilities. There are accessible seating options on the Kohl Concourse (100 Level) and the Kellner Concourse (200 Level), and tickets for these areas may be purchased while supplies last. Ticket exchanges for patrons holding non-accessible seats are also available while supplies last. Elevators located near Gates A and B are reserved for patrons with disabilities or those who have difficulty using stairs. Wheelchair assistance is available through Guest Services. Patrons who are hard of hearing may obtain an assistive listening device at the Guest Services office located by Section 119.
For Wisconsin athletic events held at the Kohl Center, accessible parking is located in Lot 88 and is sold on a season basis. For special events and concerts held at the Kohl Center, advance accessible parking may be available for purchase in person on a first-come, first-served basis from the McGinnis Family Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office at Camp Randall starting the day tickets become available until the day before the event. After that point, if available, accessible parking may be purchased, first-come, first-served the day of the event from the lot attendant. Single-game accessible options also include drop-off points near the Nicholas Johnson Pavilion in Lot 88 and on Dayton Street directly in front of the Kohl Center.

Animals
Pets are not permitted in the Kohl Center. However, certified working (or in training) service animals that accompany a patron with a disability are welcome. Please check with the McGinnis Family Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office for accessible seating.

ATMs are located by Section 112 near Gate C and at Section 122 by Gate B on the Kohl Concourse.

Bags/Backpacks
Items permitted: bags (including purses, fanny packs, camera cases, string backpacks) no larger than 8.5in x 11in, binoculars, cameras, blankets, jackets, items related to a medical condition, chairbacks (not more than 16in wide), and diaper bags (with child).
Items prohibited (including, but not limited to): bags (including purses, backpacks, luggage, gym, duffel, tote) larger than 8.5in x 11in, food, beverages, cans, bottles, coolers, thermoses, strollers, laser pointers, umbrellas, banners, flags, signs, noisemakers, weapons, balloons, beach balls, or any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
All items and spectators are subject to search.
Storage facilities are not available for checking prohibited items. Items left at gates will be disposed of accordingly.
Express gates are available at Camp Randall Stadium for those who do not bring carry-in items.
Halloween costumes may be worn at Camp Randall Stadium and the Kohl Center, but the costumes must be able to fit into a normal seating space and must be of an appropriate nature. No additional carry-ins will be allowed as part of a Halloween costume.

Cameras/Photography
Video recorders and cameras, including those with detachable lenses are allowed at athletic department events. Monopods and tripods are not allowed.
Cameras may or may not be allowed at special events (i.e., concerts) and is determined by the show; please contact Guest Services for individual performance information at (608) 263-5645 or contactus@uwbadgers.com.

Emergencies
The Kohl Center
In an emergency, you may contact a patron during an event if you know their seat location by calling (608) 263-5645.
Camp Randall
If it is necessary to contact a spectator during a game for an emergency, know their exact seat location and call (608) 265-8676. No announcements will be made over the stadium sound system.

Donation Request
Guidelines for Charitable Donations
The University of Wisconsin is fortunate to be able to donate numerous items to non-profit organizations each year. However, due to high demand, not all requests can be fulfilled. If you are a Wisconsin-based organization and would like to request a donation of autographed memorabilia, please mail your request and include the following: the day of your event, the location of your event and who benefits from the money being raised during your event. All requests should be sent on event or company letterhead to the address below:

Please note:
- Donations are limited to those organizations located within the state of Wisconsin.
- All requests must be received 4-6 weeks in advance of the event.
- Your organization is only able to receive one donation per calendar year
- The University of Wisconsin has the right to refuse any donation request. Due to the large number of requests, not all requests will be fulfilled.
- NCAA guidelines prohibit the University of Wisconsin from making donations to any organizations or events that support high school aged students.
- Due to high demand and limited availability, tickets to football, men's basketball and men's hockey are not available for donation.
- We are unable to consider faxed or emailed requests.

Entry and Re-Entry
Kohl Center
Gates generally open one hour prior to the start of events. The entrance for patrons with suite tickets, located between Gates A and B, opens 1 1/2 hours before the start of events. Wisconsin recruits, high school and AAU Coaches, player-guest and visiting team Will Call tickets are dispensed at the Pass Gate, which is located near Gate B, next to the Bucky's Locker Room Store. Patrons of the Kohl Center may not leave the arena and then re-enter during an event. If an emergency arises, check with gate security.
Camp Randall
Please enter the gate printed on your ticket to allow for the most efficient entry to the stadium. Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department operates under a no re-entry policy. Once a patron exits the stadium, they may not re-enter the stadium. If an emergency arises, check with gate security or your nearest usher.

Family Restrooms
The Kohl Center
Breastfeeding can be done in one of the Family Restrooms, which are located by Sections 105, 111, 119, 125, 201, 215 and 228. Guest Services will provide a chair for the woman needing assistance. There is also changing stations in each of the Family Restrooms.
Camp Randall
Family restrooms are located on the east side 5th level concourse near Sections P/Q, in the south end zone concourse near Section Y3 and on the west side 3rd level concourse near Sections C and G. There is also changing stations in each of the Family Restrooms.
First Aid
The Kohl Center
The UW Health First Aid Station is located across from Section 117.
Camp Randall
UW Health First Aid Stations are located in the upper deck at Section FF, in the fifth level concourse behind section T, and under section YZ in the south end zone concourse. In the event of a medical emergency, immediately go to First Aid or notify a security guard, usher, police officer or paramedic in your area.

Game Times
Game times will be determined by the Big Ten Conference in conjunction with the television networks. Generally, football start times are announced two Mondays prior to game day and basketball start times are announced in late August.

Golf Carts
Drop-off locations and golf cart service for persons with accessible needs are available at these locations: Monroe Street, near Gate 1; at the corner of Regent Street and Breese Terrace; and at the corner of Breese Terrace and University Avenue. Golf cart pick-ups are also possible near the Lot 17 ramp and the Dave McClain Athletic Facility. Golf cart and wheelchair service is available before, during, and after each game. Elevators are available on both the east and west sides of the stadium for patrons with accessible needs. For additional information related to accessible needs, call (608) 263-7894 during the week or the Guest Services Center at (608) 265-8676 on game days.

Infants
Children under the age of two (2) years do not need a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a ticketing-holding adult.
Nursing mothers may use the family restrooms.

Lost and Found
The Kohl Center
The Kohl Center management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events. All lost and found items are to taken to the Guest Services office during events. Guests should visit the Guest Services office near section during the event to inquire about lost items. The Guest Services office and Lost & Found are located across from Section 119 on the Kohl Concourse. Additional Guest Services locations are at Gates A, B, and C on the Kohl Concourse. Call (608) 263-5645 to inquire about lost items. A telephone for public use is also available at no charge in the Guest Services office.
Camp Randall
Lost & Found on game day is located in the Guest Services Center at Section YZ in the south end zone concourse. During the business week, Lost & Found questions should be directed to the Camp Randall Welcome Center in Kellner Hall at (608) 262-1866 or (608) 265-8676 on game day.

For the safety and security of all patrons, the following items are prohibited, including, but not limited to: any food or beverage items, cans, bottles, coolers, thermoses, backpacks (including draw string bags), large bags (gym, duffel and tote), luggage, strollers, laser pointers, banners, flags, signs, noisemakers, weapons, balloons, beach balls or umbrellas. All patrons entering UW athletic facilities are subject to search. Storage facilities are not available for checking prohibited items.

Parking near the Kohl Center and Camp Randall is very limited. Patrons may park at the Alliant Energy Center and ride a shuttle to/from the Kohl Center or Camp Randall.

The drop-off location for persons with accessible needs is located in Lot 88, west of the Kohl Center, by the Nicholas Johnson Pavilion.
Pre-game and post-game, Guest Services (http://www.uwbadgers.com/customer-care/) staff provide wheelchair services inside the Kohl Center and to and from the drop-off location.

Patrons with accessible needs may utilize golf cart service from the drop-off locations (1) on Monroe street, near the southeast corner of Camp Randall Stadium, at Gate 1); (2) at the corner of Regent Street and Breese Terrace; (3) at the corner of University Avenue and Breese Terrace; and (4) at the Lot 17 parking ramp.
