Wisconsin Athletics Season Parking Information

Last year, due to the continued growth and changes of UW’s campus, and the resulting impact it had on campus parking lots, the Athletic Department began annually reviewing and allocating season parking requests based on lot availability, annual giving level and priority points within each giving level. The process allowed for the Athletic Department to annually evaluate parking inventory while accommodating donors with parking based on their individual requests.

Season parking will continue to be annually reviewed and allocated based on lot availability, 2012 annual giving level and priority points within each giving level. However, upon review of the 2011 process, various procedures have been adjusted in an effort to improve the season parking allocation process.

To improve the overall time frame of season parking requests from allocation to purchase, the Athletic Department has partnered with software provider, Ballena Technologies, which specializes in online ticket and parking allocations. UW’s new software program will now allow all football and men’s basketball season ticket holders, who are active donors, to have a personalized selection time and be able to review available parking inventory, select, and purchase their season parking pass all in one online transaction.

FOOTBALL

Patrons wishing to order season parking must be a current football season ticket holder and active donor to Wisconsin Athletics (minimum $50 contribution). To be considered an active donor, patrons must submit their annual contribution by April 30, 2012.

More details regarding the online parking selection process, which takes place in June, will be distributed by email to all football season ticket holders/active donors in May.

Recommended minimum annual contributions for the opportunity to order football season parking permits are as follows:
