GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
ADDITIONAL SEASON TICKETS
It is the responsibility of the season ticket holder to inform the Wisconsin
Athletic Ticket Office of any changes in address by September 16, 2011 or tickets
may be mailed to the wrong address. For your protection, all address changes
must be made either in writing with your signature or on your registered account
via UWBadgers.com. Please submit all address changes online through your registered
account or on your season ticket application.
MAILING OF TICKETS & WILL CALL
Customers ordering online via UWBadgers.com can print their tickets at home.
Otherwise, tickets ordered at least seven days in advance will be mailed. Inside
of a week, tickets are held at will call, which is located during regular business
hours at the McGinnis Family Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office, on the first
floor of Kellner Hall at Camp Randall Stadium. On game-days, will call will
be available beginning one hour prior to the game at Gate B of the Kohl Center.
ADMISSION POLICY
All patrons two years of age and older must have a valid ticket for admission.
Children under the age of two may be admitted without a ticket provided they
sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.
ACCESSIBLE SEATS
Seating for fans with disabilities is limited and subject to availability. Customers
needing to make accessible seating arrangements must contact the Wisconsin Athletic
Ticket Office prior to the day of the game.
REFUNDS
No refunds or exchanges will be made unless an order is not filled. Acceptance
of payment does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Refunds will
not be made due to a time or date change.
