MAILING OF TICKETS & WILL CALL
Season tickets and parking will be mailed by mid-September via USPS priority mail service. Single-game tickets will be mailed no later than seven days prior to the game via first class mail. If the ticket order is placed inside of a week, tickets are held at Will Call, which is located during regular business hours at the McGinnis Family Wisconsin Athletics Ticket Office, on the first floor of Kellner Hall at Camp Randall Stadium. On game days, Will Call will be available beginning 1 hour prior to game time at Gate B of the Kohl Center. Customers ordering online prior to 24 hours in advance of game time via UWBadgers.com can print their tickets at home.
The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department requires all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket for football, menís basketball and menís hockey games. The Wisconsin Athletic Department will allow one lap child without charge when attending an event with a ticketed adult. To obtain a complimentary lap ticket, a parent or guardian can request a lap ticket at a Camp Randall Stadium or Kohl Center entrance gate. Tickets (lap or otherwise) are not required for children under age 2 attending regular season athletic department sporting events other than football, menís basketball and menís hockey. The Athletic Department defines a lap child as any child less than 2 years of age. This child must be seated on the lap of the accompanying adult. If you want your infant to have his or her own seat, you must buy a ticket to the event. Car seats, baby carriers, and strollers are not allowed in UW Athletic Facilities.
Customers needing to make accessible seating arrangements should contact the UW Athletics Ticket Office prior to the day of the game, as seats are limited and subject to availability, and may inquire starting September 24.
Ticket and parking refunds or exchanges are only granted if an order is not filled. Acceptance of payment does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Refunds will not be made due to a game time or date change. The UW Athletics Department is pleased to recognize supporters who make contributions to its program in part by offering donors priority for various ticket, parking, and special event benefits. Since opportunities can vary each year, contributions are non-refundable.
