NCAA Tournament - Student Season Ticket Holders

Request Period: Tuesday, March 4 Ė Monday, March 10

Menís basketball student season ticket holders will have an opportunity to request NCAA Menís Basketball Tournament tickets beginning on Tuesday, March 4 at 8:30am and concluding on Monday, March 10 at 11:59pm. As a menís basketball student season ticket holder, this is your only opportunity to request student tickets to the NCAA Menís Basketball tournament. Should you choose to forgo this exclusive student ticket request period, you may purchase tickets for the NCAA Tournament, subject to availability, during the potential general public on-sale of tickets, Monday afternoon prior to each tournament round. UW students who are not menís basketball season ticket holders are not eligible to participate in the student season ticket holder sale of NCAA Tournament tickets, and are invited to participate in any potential public sale of NCAA Tournament tickets.

Please note that students purchasing NCAA Tournament tickets must pick up their tickets on site wherever Wisconsin is scheduled to play. Tickets are not transferable to another student or party. A valid UW-Madison student ID is required for pick-up. Tickets will not be available for pick up in Madison.

All ticket request(s) will be filled based on menís basketball student rewards program point standings as of March 10, 2014.

Students will be notified via email no later than Wednesday, March 12 confirming their student ticket request status for all rounds and sites of the NCAA Tournament. Once Wisconsin is selected for an advanced through tournament play, additional email communication will be sent to students regarding ticket pick-up procedures.

NCAA Tournament selections, seeds and sites are to be announced on Sunday, March 17 at 5pm on CBS.

NCAA Tournament - First Four Round Tickets (March 18-19)

The NCAA Tournament will feature eight teams competing in four first round games. The four first round games will be played on March 19 and 20 in Dayton, Ohio. If Wisconsin is bracketed into one of the first round games, tickets will not be available through the athletic department. Students interested in purchasing first round NCAA tickets should go to NCAA.com for more information and availability.

NCAA Tournament Ė Second/Third Round Tickets (March 20-23)

UW menís basketball student season ticket-holders may request up to two (2) tickets for NCAA second/third round competition. Due to limited ticket supply, there will be a maximum of fifty (50) total tickets available to students for the second/third round of the tournament.

Thursday & Saturday (March 20 & 22): Buffalo, NY ($84); Milwaukee, WI ($84); Orlando, FL ($86); Spokane, WA ($70)

Friday & Sunday (March 21 & 23): Raleigh, NC ($86); San Antonio, TX ($86); San Diego, CA ($99); St. Louis, MO ($86)

Please note ticket request are good for both second and third round games assuming Wisconsin wins its second round game. If Wisconsin does not proceed to the third round, ticket orders will not be charged or filled for the third round. For instance, if Wisconsin plays in Milwaukee, tickets for the Thursday session are $84, and if the Badgers win on Thursday, tickets for the Saturday session are also $84. In addition, for second round competition, tickets are only valid for the session in which Wisconsin competes, either the afternoon or evening session. Students are not allowed to request second round tickets without requesting third round tickets and vice versa. Students will be notified by e-mail regarding ticket pick-up procedures on the evening of Monday, March 17.

NCAA Tournament Ė Regional Tickets (March 27-30)

West: Anaheim, CA (Thursday & Saturday, March 27 & 29) - $250

South: Memphis, TN (Thursday & Saturday, March 27 & 29) - $200

Midwest: Indianapolis, IN (Friday & Sunday, March 28 & 30) - $185

East: New York, NY (Friday & Sunday, March 28 & 30) - $295

UW menís basketball student season ticket-holders may request up to two (2) tickets for NCAA regional competition. Due to limited ticket supply, there will be a maximum of 170 total tickets available to students for the regional.

Please note, unlike the tickets for the second and third round, tickets for regional competition are good for both sessions of the regional (two regional semifinals and the regional final), regardless if Wisconsin wins its regional semifinal game. Students are not allowed to request semifinal regional tickets without requesting regional final tickets and vice versa. Students will be notified by e-mail regarding ticket pick-up procedures on the evening of Monday, March 24.

NCAA Tournament Ė Final Four Tickets (April 6 & 8)

North Texas Ė AT&T Stadium - $40

UW menís basketball student season ticket-holders may request one (1) ticket for the Final Four. Due to limited ticket supply, there will be a maximum of 700 total tickets available to students for the Final Four.

Please note, tickets for the Final Four are good for both sessions of the Final Four (two national semifinals and the national championship game), regardless if Wisconsin wins its national semifinal game. Students are not allowed to request national semifinal tickets without requesting national championship game tickets and vice versa.

Should Wisconsin advance to the Final Four, student season ticket holders who requested a ticket will be sent e-mail notification regarding Final Four tickets. Information will also be posted online at UWbadgers.com when it becomes available.
