General Ticket Information
MAILING OF TICKETS AND WILL CALL
Season tickets will be mailed in mid-October via USPS priority mail service. If available, single game tickets and package ordered one week or more prior to game day will be mailed. Single game tickets ordered less than one week prior to game day will be held at will call. During regular business hours (8:30am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri), will call tickets may be picked up at the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office located in Kellner Hall at Camp Randall Stadium. On game day, will call tickets can be picked up at the Kohl Center Gate B Ticket Office starting one hour prior to tip-off. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets at will call. Patrons ordering single game tickets on-line via UWBadgers.com can print their tickets at home.
The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department requires all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket for menís basketball games. The Wisconsin Athletic Department will allow one lap child without charge when attending an event with a ticketed adult. To obtain a complimentary lap ticket, a parent or guardian can request a lap ticket at a Kohl Center entrance gate. The Athletic Department defines a lap child as any child less than 2 years of age. This child must be seated on the lap of the accompanying adult. If you want your infant to have his or her own seat, you must buy a ticket to the event. Car seats, baby carriers, and strollers are not allowed in UW Athletic Facilities.
Patrons needing to make accessible seating arrangements should contact the Athletic Ticket Office prior to game day, as seats are limited and subject to availability. Patrons may inquire about availability beginning October 27.
Ticket & parking refunds or exchanges are only granted if an order is not filled. Acceptance of payment does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Refunds will not be made due to a game time or date change. The Athletic Department is pleased to recognize supporters who make contributions to its program in part by offering donors priority for various ticket, parking and special event benefits. Since such opportunities can vary each year, contributions are non-refundable.
