The Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office is proud to offer Ticket Forwarding, a convenient way for season ticket holders to electronically send game tickets they are unable to use to a friend or family member for football, men's basketball and men's hockey. By using Ticket Forwarding, season ticket holders can ensure tickets do not go to waste just because they are unable to attend an event.
The recipient of the tickets may print them by using their home computer and take the printout/tickets to Camp Randall Stadium or Kohl Center for entrance into the game. Or, if they would like, recipients may select "will call" and the tickets will be waiting for them at the venue.
We are pleased to offer Ticket Forwarding as a FREE service and a benefit for being a season ticket holder for football, men’s basketball or men’s hockey.

Can I Use Ticket Forwarding?
You must be a season ticket holder for football, men's basketball or men's hockey in order to use ticket forwarding to forward your individual game ticket(s) from your season ticket package.
In order to effectively use ticket forwarding, you must have your patron number, e-mail address and password.
If you are the recipient of the tickets, you need a valid e-mail address, Adobe Acrobat (if receiving ticket(s) via e-mail) and a computer printer (if receiving ticket(s) via e-mail). If you are unable to receive your ticket(s) via e-mail, you may choose to have your ticket(s) held at will call.

How do I Cancel a Forwarded Ticket?
- Log-in to your account using your account number or e-mail address and password
- Under “Manage My Tickets” click “View/Cancel Pending Forwards”
- Click on the pending forward you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel"
- Verify the information
- Click “Yes”
- You will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of your forwarded ticket(s)
(Please note ticket forwards cannot be canceled once the forward has been accepted by the recipient)
Does a Ticket Forward Offer Expire?
Once the ticket forward offer is extended, the recipient must claim the tickets within 48 hours. Season ticket holders may forward their tickets up to one hour prior to game time; however, the entire forward (offer and acceptance) must be completed one hour prior to game time.
What Happens to my Original Tickets once the Forward has been Accepted?
Your original tickets are no longer valid for admission. Any individual presenting invalid tickets for admission will be denied entry into an event.
