Director of Student-Athlete Development - Bridget Woodruff
Bridget oversees the Office of Student-Athlete Development. These responsibilities include supervising the Office of Student-Athlete Development team members, overseeing the Student-Athlete Development curriculum, organizing the Buckinghams: Student-Athlete Annual Showcase of Excellence, serving as the advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and providing career development programming for all student-athletes.

Student-Athlete Development Coordinator - Brittany McGowan
Brittany is responsible for providing personal development programming for student-athletes. These responsibilities include helping organize the Badger Beginnings program, student-athlete graduation receptions and coordinates the student-athlete handbook. She also coordinates and facilitates the sophomore Badgers Step-Up! program and junior personal development Fiscally Fit program. In addition, she is a Life Skills Academy Instructor and Peer Leader and is in charge of the Badger Challenge.

Beyond the Game Coordinator/Student-Athlete Development Coordinator - Justin Weaver
Oversee and organize all programming associated with the Beyond the Game Program (BTG). In addition to BTG responsibilities, act as the advisor for the Student-Athletes Equally Supporting Others (SAESO) organization, the campus diversity liaison and is responsible for student-athlete diversity and inclusion programming.

Student-Athlete Development Coordinator/Employer Relations Coordinator - Mike Clark
Mike is responsible for creating career opportunities for student-athletes by fostering relationships with employers, alumni and staff. These responsibilities include 1 on 1 Career Counseling and organizing career development programs such as Student-Athlete Career Night, employer panels, mock-interviews, Badger Shadow Experience program and networking events.

Program Assistant - Kacie Krueger
Kacie is responsible for coordinating the Exhausted Eligibility and Cab Voucher programs. She also organizes events, such as the Buckinghams, Badger Beginnings and Student-Athlete Career Night. In addition, she is the Business Office liaison for the Office of Student-Athlete Development.
