Caitlin Quillen (she/her) serves as the Associate Director of Engagement & Community Outreach for Wisconsin Athletics, where she leads initiatives that connect student-athletes, staff, and coaches with meaningful community impact opportunities. In this role, she oversees Badgers Give Back, the department’s community engagement platform, and works to foster partnerships with local organizations while creating service, storytelling, and engagement opportunities that benefit both student-athletes and the broader community.
Prior to joining Wisconsin Athletics, Quillen built a career in higher education focused on student development, advising, and community engagement. She held roles within the Wisconsin School of Business and University Housing across multiple institutions, where she supported students through career development, leadership programming, and large-scale event and program management.
Quillen earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Nonprofit Studies from The Ohio State University and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University. Her work is grounded in collaboration, thoughtful strategy, and a commitment to creating opportunities that positively impact both students and the communities they serve.
