UW-Madison Athletic Training Facilities
McClain Sports Medicine Center
The McClain Sports Medicine Center serves as the main athletic training facility for all sports. The facility features 2 physician offices, on site x-ray, extensive treatment and rehabilitation area, 50 foot 2 lane rehabilitation pool, sauna, steam room, wet area with whirlpools, and office areas for athletic training staff. It serves as the primary facility for Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track, Football, Softball, Women's Ice Hockey, Men's and Women's Tennis and Spirit Squads.
Kohl Center Athletic Training Room
The Kohl Center Athletic Training serves as the primary athletic training facility for Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's Hockey, and Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving. The facility includes a treatment and rehab areas, physician office, fluoroscope, wet room area with whirlpools and staff offices.
Stadium Athletic Training Room
The Stadium Athletic Training Room is located on the second floor in the northeast portion of Camp Randall Stadium above the Badger Den. The facility serves as the satellite athletic training room for the Men's and Women's Soccer teams. The facility also contains areas for exercise and physiological testing, sports recovery massage, treatment and rehab, a physician's office and staff office area.
Porter Boat House Athletic Training Room
The Porter Boat House Athletic Training Room serves as the satellite athletic training room for the Men's and Women's Rowing teams. The room is located on the second floor of the second floor of the boathouse adjacent to the erg room. The facility features spectacular views of Lake Mendota.
Field House Athletic Training Room
The Field House Athletic Training Room serves as the satellite athletic training room for the Women's Volleyball student-athletes. The room is located adjacent to their locker room and features a treatment and rehab area and staff office.
Talbot Wrestling Complex Athletic Training Room
The wrestling athletic training room is located adjacent to the wrestling practice area in the Talbot Wrestling Complex and serves as the primary athletic training facility for the wrestling student-athletes. The room provides convenient access and views of the wrestling area.
Bob Johnson Hockey Complex Athletic Training Room
The athletic training room at the Bob Johnson Hockey Facility serves as a satellite athletic training room for the men's hockey program. The facility is located adjacent to the men's hockey locker room and included a treatment and rehab area, physician office and staff office.
Goodman Softball Complex Athletic Training Room
The athletic training area at the Goodman Softball Complex is utilized for pre-and post-practice and game coverage for the Women's Softball Team. The area is located in the adjacent to the softball locker room.
