2014: Placed 22nd overall and 2nd for the Badgers at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/17) in 20:24 (6k) to help UW to a fourth place team finish ... Finished 3rd overall and 2nd for the Badgers at the Greater Louisville Classic (10/4) in 16:57.13 (5k) to help UW to a first place team finish ... Placed 14th overall and 3rd for the Badgers at the Big Ten Preview (9/20) in 21:54.34 (6k) to help UW to a second place team finish ... Finished 7th overall and 4th for Wisconsin at the Badger Opener (9/5) in 14:16 (4k) to help UW win the team title

Competed at Marquette in 2013, setting the indoor 800 and mile record... finished eighth at the Big East indoor championships in the mile, while placing 12th in the Big East outdoor championships in the 1500 meters.
Helped Dodgeville win cross country state titles her junior and senior years... was the Division 2 Cross Country State Champion and earned first-team all-state honors in 2011... won the 1600 meters at the 2012 WIAA Division 2 State Championships... her junior year she earned second-team all-state honors.
Parents are Joe and Anna Hanson... her mother, Ann, ran track at Wisconsin, while her father, Joe, ran track at UW LaCrosse... has two sisters, Michaela and Mary... intends to major in psychology.
