MADISON, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin volleyball staff will hold a spring coaches’ clinic on Friday-Saturday, April 4-5 in the UW Field House. The clinic is designed for coaches at the elementary, junior high, high school, and club level. The clinic will be instructed by Volleyball Magazine Coach of the Year Kelly Sheffield, and assistant coaches Brittany Dildine and Gary White. Members of the Badger team will also participate in the clinic.
The clinic will begin with registration on Friday, April 4 at 5:30 p.m. in the Field House. Coaches will watch a UW team training and practice session followed by a question and answer period with the Badgers that evening.
On Saturday, April 5, the clinic will begin with check-in at 8 a.m. in the Field House. Sessions on this day will include both on-court and off-court topics. Participants will be able to select to attend either an on-court or off-court session during each of the presentation blocks. Below is a list of the topics that may be presented throughout the day.
Cost of the clinic is $100 per person. If attending only one day of the clinic, the cost for Friday, April 4 is $35 or $75 for Saturday, April 5.
