BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Poor forecasted weather conditions in the Bloomington, Ind., area have forced the Wisconsin softball team to reschedule its series with Indiana. The Badgers will play the Hoosiers in a doubleheader on Friday starting at 5 p.m. CT, followed by a single game on Saturday at noon.
Wisconsin (35-9 overall, 12-5 Big Ten) is fresh off a pair of Big Ten Conference wins, sweeping Northwestern on Wednesday to record a program-record 35th win of the season. Now the Badgers are eying their 13th league win, which would tie a program record set last season.
Indiana (19-28, 3-13) wraps up its home season this weekend, looking to stop an eight-game losing streak. The Hoosiers last earned a victory on April 7 against Penn State.
First pitch of the three-game series at newly named Andy Mohr Field is a 5 p.m. on Friday and will stream live on BTN.com.
