Badger women's hockey to air on Clear Channel radio stations

MADISON, Wis. -- The Wisconsin women’s hockey team will once again team with Clear Channel Radio in Madison to air 10 regular-season games this season.

Games will air in the Madison area on 1310 WIBA AM and The Mic 92.1 (WXXM-FM) as Adam Eichstedt will alternate with Brian Posick as the play-by-play announcer.

All matches can also be heard online for free at InsideBadgerSports.com and via the iHeartRadio app across a number of mobile platforms.

Ten of Wisconsin’s 14 WCHA home contests will air on Clear Channel radio stations.

The first broadcast of the year will take place on Saturday, Oct. 5, as Wisconsin entertains Minnesota State in a 3 p.m. tilt at LaBahn Arena. That game airs on 1310 WIBA-AM.

Clear Channel, which owns and operates WIBA-AM, WIBA-FM, WXXM-FM, WMAD-FM, WTSO-AM and WZEE-FM, also broadcasts Wisconsin football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball and men’s hockey throughout the year.
