MADISON, Wis. -- After another standout year in 2013-14, the Wisconsin women's hockey team is ready to return to the ice for a great season in LaBahn Arena.

The Badgers return eight of their top-10 goal scorers from last season's Frozen Four team, including 2014 Patty Kazmaier Top-10 Finalist Brittany Ammerman and 2014-15 captain Blayre Turnbull. With reigning WCHA Goaltending Champion Ann-Renée Desbiens between the pipes, head coach Mark Johnson and the Badgers look to contend for their fifth national championship during the 2014-15 season.

Now is the time for Badger fans to consider becoming a Wisconsin women's hockey season ticket holder.

Current women's hockey season ticket holders may order their tickets for the 2014-15 season today. Fans who want to purchase new season tickets may also order online. By purchasing season tickets you not only support Wisconsin Hockey, but season ticket holders also save more than $50 to watch all home games this season.

General admission season tickets are just $30 for adults and $15 for youth/senior citizens and allow you to sit anywhere in LaBahn Arena.

In addition to great seats, Wisconsin women's hockey season ticket holders also have priority in ordering WCHA first round playoff and NCAA tournament tickets, should Wisconsin be selected to play and host.

The deadline for current season ticket holders to order season tickets is Aug. 29.  To order your season tickets, please click here or call the Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-GO-BADGERS.

The Badgers open the 2014-15 campaign on the road at Lindenwood on Sept. 26. Wisconsin's first home series is on Oct. 10 and 12 against WCHA rival Ohio State.
