MADISON, Wis. -- Both of the women’s hockey games against Minnesota Duluth, Feb. 16-17, are sold out. The games also serve as the final homes games of the regular season.
Because of the sellout, varsity sports passes will not be valid for either game.
Saturday’s game is also the final “Ice Hunger” games this season. The team encourages fans to help fight hunger by donating a food item at the game.
The first 300 fans that bring a non-perishable food item for donation will receive a Wisconsin Hockey drawstring back pack and will be entered in a raffle to win a $50 Best Buy gift card.
In addition, Becker Law Offices will donate $1 for every fan in attendance at the four “Ice Hunger” games, with the cumulative check presented at Saturday’s game.
Saturday’s game is set to begin at 7 p.m. and Sunday’s will start at 4 p.m.
