Player of the game

Tiera Stephen’s perfect performance resulted in 12 of the Badgers’ 66 points. The 5-7 junior guard went 5-for-5 from the floor and added two more points from the free throw line (2-for-2).

Stat of the game

The Badgers opened the game with 11 unanswered points and never looked back. UW held its lead all 40 minutes and reached its biggest lead of the night, 35 points, when Cassie Rochel made a layup with 29 seconds remaining.   

Turning point

The difference between Thursday and today was ball control. The Badgers committed just six turnovers in the first 20 minutes of play and 16 total. Parkside scored just two points off of turnovers, while the Badgers were able to covert 23 UWP turnovers into 17 points.  


  • Cassie Rochel led the Badgers with 12 rebounds, matching Thursday’s career-high performance.
  • Lacia Gorman nailed her first 3-pointer and scored her first points as a Badger.
