The highlight of the fourth-annual Wisconsin adidas Invitational is an elite collegiate competition that includes an 8-kilometer race for 46 men's teams and a 6-kilometer women's race featuring 49 teams. The event also includes "B' races for both men and women.
All races will be held on the beautiful Thomas Zimmer Championship Cross Country Course, which opened in 2009 and is located adjacent to University Ridge Golf Course in Madison.
Parking/Shuttle Information
• There is no spectator parking at the cross country course or University Ridge. Spectator parking will be located at Blackhawk Church in Middleton, Wis.
• Blackhawk Church: Blackhawk Church is located 5 miles north of the Zimmer Course off West Mineral Point Road. If traveling on the Beltline, exit to West Mineral Point Road and continue to Veritas Drive or Brader Way (both located on the right). Parking is available behind the church on the upper deck.

• Spectator shuttles are available to transport spectators for $5 round trip. Accessible shuttles will be available at both locations. The shuttle service will begin at 10 a.m. and conclude one hour after the final race has finished. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the upper deck of the parking ramp at Blackhawk Church.
• Parking is not allowed on County Highway PD or County Highway M near the Zimmer Course. Any vehicles violating this will be subject to ticket and tow at the owner's expense.
Team Information | Team Packet 
The Wisconsin adidas Invitational is now closed to additional teams. Coaches whose teams are competing in the meet can submit their entries via Direct Athletics.
A limited number of open/non-collegiate athletes may be added to enhance the meet at the disrection of the UW coaching staff. Open/non-collegiate athletes wishing to enter must contact men's cross country coach Mick Byrne at (608) 262-5729 or mgb@athletics.wisc.edu.

In the fall of 2009, the University of Wisconsin officially cut the ribbon on the brand new Thomas Zimmer Championship Cross Country Course. This world-class course offers challenging and exciting terrain for runners and elevated viewing for spectators.
Located adjacent to University Ridge Golf Course, the course features an exterior loop of approximately 2,500 meters and an interior loop of 1,000 meters. Both loops cover the area's rolling hills and valleys, while the outside loop also runs through a section of dense woods, which are aflame with color in the fall. |
