LAST TIME OUT
The Badgers traveled east for five duals last week. UW opened the season with a pair of dominating wins at Chattanooga, taking down Cumberland 51-0 before defeating the Mocs 37-3. Wisconsin hit a road block at the Hokie Duals, grinding out a two-point win against No. 14 Virginia but dropping two tight contests against North Carolina and Old Dominion.

BADGERS IN THE POLLS
Wisconsin fell three spots to No. 23 in the USA Today/NWCA/AWN Division I Coaches Poll this week. Big Ten teams occupy five of the top 10 spots and 10 of the top 25.
•  Senior Tyler Graff is ranked No. 2 at 133 lbs. following a 5-0 start last week. Graff posted a pair of falls and three wins by major decision. Last season, Graff earned his third All-America honor with a third-place finish at the NCAA championships.
• Redshirt freshman Jesse Thielke fell from No. 10 to No. 17 at 141 lbs. after posting a 2-3 record last weekend. Thielke fell  by fall to then-No. 5 ranked Evan Henderson of North Carolina, by decision to then-No. 19 Joe Spisak of Virginia and then-No. 12 Chris Mecate of ODU by major decision.
• Redshirt freshman Isaac Jordan remained at No. 7 following a perfect 5-0 start to his season last weekend. Jordan posted a pair of falls and a sudden victory win in his opening weekend.
• Senior Jackson Hein, an NCAA qualifier at 197 lbs. a year ago, moved up a spot to No. 12 at 184 lbs. Hein posted a 4-1 record last weekend, highlighted by a sudden victory decision over No. 9 Jon Fausey of Virginia.
• 2013 Big Ten Freshman of the Year Connor Medbery stayed at No. 6 following a perfect 5-0 start last weekend. A pair of tech fall wins a pin highlighted Medbery's weekend.

GRAFF GRAPPLES WITH CAREER RECORD
Senior Tyler Graff's .836 winning percentage (102-20) is 10th on the UW career list. He is also 11 wins away from earning a spot on the career win record list, as Andy Rein ranks 10th with 113 career victories.

CHASING PERFECTION
Wisconsin opened its season on the road, traveling to Chattanooga for a double dual and the Hokie Duals for three matchups, Nov. 8 -10  and five guys returned home unbeaten. Senior Tyler Graff, freshman Isaac Jordan and sophomore Connor Medbery each posted perfect 5-0 records, while freshman Ryan Taylor finished the weekend 3-0 and Ben Cox posted a 2-0 record.

FANS ON FACEBOOK
A fan vote on the Badgers' Facebook page determined match order at the Intrasquad Scrimmage and it was a perfect choice. The final bout was at 149 lbs., between TJ Ruschell and Rylan Lubeck. It took two tie-breaks before Ruschell was able to claim a 2-1 decision.
