MADISON, Wis. -- NCAA champions, national dual champions and Big Ten champions are all on the 2012-13 Wisconsin wrestling schedule.

The Badgers will offer fans their first chance to watch the 2012-13 team at the Intrasquad Scrimmage on Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. at the UW Field House. The season kicks off officially ten days later, on Nov. 11, when Wisconsin hosts Hofstra at 1 p.m. at the UW Field House.

Wisconsin travels east Nov. 16-18 for dual meets against Old Dominion and Virginia Tech before hosting Northern Iowa on Nov. 24 at 7 p.m.

A trip to Las Vegas for the Cliff Keen Invite, Nov. 30-Dec. 1, will prepare the Badgers to host their Big Ten Conference opener against Michigan State on Dec. 7. The Spartans, whom the Badgers did not wrestle last season, finished tied for tenth at the Big Ten championships.

The Badgers travel to Nebraska on Dec. 9 before closing out the first half of the season at the Midlands Championships Dec. 29-30.

Wisconsin kicks off the new year with a Big Ten dual meet against Michigan on Jan. 13 at the UW Field House.

The following weekend, Jan. 18, Wisconsin travels to defending Big Ten and NCAA champion Penn State for a dual meet.  The Badgers close out the weekend at Ohio State on Jan. 20.

A home matchup with Indiana on Jan. 25 is followed by a road trip to Purdue on Jan. 27.

UW closes out the dual meet season on Feb. 10 when it hosts Minnesota at 1 p.m. The Golden Gophers earned a share of the Big Ten regular season title, finished second at the Big Ten championships and won the 2012 NWCA/Cliff Keen National Duals championship.

Wisconsin's championship season begins on Feb. 17 at the NWCA National Duals in Minneapolis, Minn.

The 2013 Big Ten Wrestling Championships will be held March 9-10 in Champaign, Ill., and the 2013 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships will be held in Des Moines, Iowa, March 21-23.
