As a junior in 2011, won the pole vault at the Wisconsin state championships by clearing 14-6 ... finished third at the state meet, clearing 15-3 as a senior ... two-time Wisconsin Valley Conference champion in the event ... four-year varsity letter winner ... also a two-time varsity letter winner in football
