Ashley Parr joined the Wisconsin sports medicine staff in the fall of 2005. Parr's primary sport responsibilities include providing athletic training coverage for the softball and men's and women's tennis teams.
A native of Miami, Fla., Parr graduated from Purdue University in 2003 with a degree in athletic training. Parr completed her master's degree in sport and recreation administration at Temple University in 2005.
While at Temple, Parr was the graduate assistant athletic trainer with men's and women's gymnastics and women's softball teams, as well as assisting with men's and women's soccer teams. Parr has also worked in the WNBA with the Detroit Shock as an athletic training student intern.
Parr is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
