2011-12: Placed 11th in the 50 free at the Big Ten Quad Duals, posting a time of 21.65 ... took second with a time of 51.07 in the 100 yard breaststroke at the Minnesota Dual ... also won the 200 yard backstroke at the Minnesota Dual, racing to a time of 1:50.42 ... earned the top time (49.70) in the 100 yard backstroke at the Big Ten Quad Duals ... clinched a second-place time in the 200 yard backstroke at the USC Dual (1:49.70) ... followed it up by posting a first-place time of 1:47.56 in the 200 yard backstroke at the Big Ten Quad Duals ... helped power the 200 (1:26.87) and 400 (3:13.13) medley relays to season-best, NCAA provisional times at the Big Ten Championships ... also swam well in the backstroke at the Big Ten Championships, taking home a 10th-place 47.81 in the 100 back and a third-place time of 1:43.05 (the second-best time in Wisconsin history) in the 200 back... the two 'B' times in the relays gave him provisional marks in five events for the season, joining 'B' times he posted in the 100 back, 200 back, and 200 IM
