Boys Soccer Camps in Full Swing

Under the direction of mens soccer coach Jeff Rohrman, the University of Wisconsin boys camps have experienced record numbers in participation over the past two weeks.

The camps, which teach area youth soccer players the fundamentals of the game, took place at the University Bay fields and the McClimon Soccer Complex. Boys ages 6-14 have had the opportunity to work not only with the UW mens coaching staff, but several of current Badger players as well.

Its a wonderful opportunity for these kids to come out and improve themselves by working with some of the best teachers in the area, Rohrman said. We pride ourselves on having a quality environment at these camps.

The Boys Elite Academy, the final mens soccer camp of the season, will be held July 23-27 at the U-Bay Fields. The elite camp is designed to provide a comprehensive soccer experience for the more serious soccer player. Boys ages 14-18 are encouraged to sign up as a limited number of spots remain available.
