Catch Holhlbein in action Thursday on ESPN2



team=t105&player=hohlbein_a&playerId=hoh385627&statType=current"> --> Aaron Hohlbein and his resurgent Kansas City Wizards will make their only scheduled national television appearance Thursday, as ESPN2 will carry the Wizards' clash with the New York Red Bulls as its MLS game of the week at 7 p.m.

Since Hohlbein scored his first professional goal to propel Kansas City to a win over San Jose on April 5, the Wizards (2-2-1) have shaken off an 0-2 start to the season and are unbeaten in their last three matches.

The former UW All-American has started all five games this season as a defender and ranks fifth on the team in minutes played. Thursday's game against New York will be Hohlbein's 25th match with the Wizards.

While Thursday's game is the Wizards' only scheduled appearance on ESPN2, the team will have its matches against Columbus (May 9) and Chivas USA (May 23) carried by Fox Soccer Channel. All other Wizards games are available only by subscribing to the MLS Direct Kick package offered locally by DirecTV and Dish Network.
