MADISON, Wis. - The strong defensive play from the Wisconsin men's soccer team continued on Sunday, April 21, as the Badgers shutout Northern Illinois, 3-0, in DeKaulb, Ill.
Wisconsin has now shutout every opponent since starting the spring season on March 15.
Sunday's win was also the highest scoring for the Badgers this spring, tallying goals from three different players. Chris Prince scored the first goal with an assist give to Anders Christensen. Toni Ramadani scored the Badgers' second goal and was helped by Drew Conner. Christensen then tallied the final goal after receiving a pass from Joe Naughton.
The men's soccer team closes out its collegiate portion of the spring schedule with a match against UIC in Chicago on Saturday, April 27, at 7 p.m.
