2013-2014 (Freshman): Navigated the lightweight varsity four boat as the coxswain to a first-place finish and the freshmen varsity eight boat to a second-place finish behind another Wisconsin boat in the meet against Minnesota and Milwaukee School of Engineering during the 2014 spring racing season...coxswain for the third varsity eight boat that won the grand final in the Intercollegiate Rowing Association National Championships in June.

High School: Ran cross country for four years, named most improved runner in 2010 and qualified for the 2012 and 2013 state tournament was captain of the varsity teamsenior year and was the 2013 Rim Rock Classic JV Champion...also ran track and field for four years, where he was varsity captain his senior year and was awarded most improved player in 2012.

Personal: siblings include twin brother Patrick, a member of NROTC at UW-Madison, Connor, Keegan and Brady...parents are David and Mary...older brother Connor ran cross country and track and field for four years at Marquette University...intended major is chemistry
