2013-2014 (Senior): Rowed the second seat for the first varsity eight boats that placed eighteenth in the Head of the Charles and second to California, Stanford and Oregon State in the Stanford Invite in April...filled the sixth seat in the first varsity eight boat that came in second place in a meet against Boston University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology and against Northwestern...competed in the Eastern Conference Sprints with the first varsity eight boat that came in seventh amongst the Eastern Association of Rowing Colleges conference teams...helped the first varsity eight crew finish eleventh in the Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championships in June...received an Academic All-Conference honor for his academic achievement.

2012-2013 (Junior): Consistently filled the third seat for the second novice eights, a crew that defeated Stanford and took second place at spring meets against California, Northeastern and Boston and Massachussetts Institute of Technology...rowed second seat for the second novice eight squad that finished fifth overall at the 2013 Eastern Conference Sprints, a meet involving all teams in the Eastern Association of Rowing Colleges conference...helped the second novice eights to a ninth-place overall finish at the 2013 Intercollegiate Rowing Association National Championships.

2011-2012 (Sophomore): Filled the sixth seat for the second novice eight boats that defeated Dartmouth and Boston in meets against the teams during the 2012 spring season...rowed sixth seat for the third novice eight crew that claimed victory over Michigan at another spring meet...competed for the varsity fours in the second seat when the boat beat Minnesota and Milwaukee School of Engineering at a spring race...helped the second varsity eights to a fifth-place overall finish at the 2012 Intercollegiate Rowing Association National Championships.

2010-2011 (Freshman): Rowed fourth seat for the first novice eight boats that took first place over Dartmouth and Massachussetts Institute of Technology at a meet during the 2011 spring season...filled the fourth seat for the first novice eight crew that finished second behind Boston University at a spring race against the team...helped propel the first novice eight crew to a second-place finish amongst all teams in the Eastern Association of Rowing Colleges conference at the 2011 Eastern Conference Sprints...competed with the first novice eights that claimed second place overall at the 2011 Intercollegiate Rowing Association National Championships.

High School: Part of bowling team for four years ... two-time state championship qualifier ... also ran cross country and track for two years, setting a school record in the 4x800 relay (track) ... served as alternate for state cross country meet

Personal: Member of 2010 US Army All-American Marching Band, but chose to row instead of joining Wisconsin's Marching Band ... parents are Rick and Cathy ... brother, Kyle, played football for St. Norbert College ... intended major is mechanical engineering
