2012-2013 (Junior): Helped the third varsity eight crew claim a third-place title amongst all teams in the Eastern Association of Rowing Colleges conference at the 2013 Eastern Conference Sprints...rowed fourth seat for the second varsity four boatthat earned asecond-place finish in a spring meet against Minnesota and Milwaukee School of Engineering.
2011-2012 (Sophomore): Competed with the fourth varsity four boat in its victories over Minnesota and Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2012 spring races.
2010-2011 (Freshman): Rowed third seat for the third novice eight boat that took first in a meet against Michigan and second in a race against Minnesota and Milwaukee School of Engineering in the 2011 spring racing season.
High School: Rowed for four years ... played squash for three years ... ran cross country for two years
Personal: Parents are Charlie Clapp and Mellie Owen ... father, Charlie, rowed for University of Washington and was part of 1984 Olympic Eight ... has one brother, Calvin ... intended major is business
