Breaking the Ice with Aidan Cavallini

MADISON, Wis. -- With the first game of the Wisconsin men's hockey season a few days away, UWBadgers.com takes a look at the newest members of the Badgers, by getting a feel for their likes, dislikes and personalities.

First up in the series is forward Aidan Cavallini.

Cavallini comes to Wisconsin after spending the 2012-13 season with the NAHL's Brookings Blizzard. He played in 34 games and notched 12 goals and 22 points with Brookings. He joined the Blizzard mid-season after playing 19 games with the South Shore Kings of the Eastern Junior Hockey League, where he recorded two goals and five points. During the 2011-12 campaign, he spent time with the NAHL's Alexandria Blizzard, the United States Hockey League's Chicago Steel and the British Colombia Hockey League's Langley Rivermen, scoring a total of 10 goals and 29 points in 56 combined games. Cavallini also played for the Steel in 2010-11, appearing in 20 games and tallying three goals and six points.
