Next up in the series is forward Nic Kerdiles.
Kerdiles joins Wisconsin having skated the past two years in the U.S. National Team Development Program (2010-12). Playing on the under-18 team in 2011-12, the Irvine, Calif., native led the team in scoring with 48 points on 22 goals and 26 assists in 54 games. Kerdiles scored two goals and recorded three assists in the team's 7-0 victory over Sweden to win the 2012 International Ice Hockey Federation World Under-18 Championship in the Czech Republic. Before joining the U.S. National Team Development Program, Kerdiles scored 121 points, including 65 goals, in 68 games for the L.A. Selects midget program.

For me, playing college hockey is: An honor because I have the ability to represent an amazing university and group of students while playing the sport I love. I have worked all my life for this so it's very rewarding.
In 10 years, what do you hope to be doing: Playing in the NHL making a stable income with a wife and a few kids
Why did you come to Wisconsin: When I visited I had a gut feeling that I belonged here and I could really see myself playing in the facilities and walking around campus
