2009-10: Led the team with season stroke average of 73.50 ... tied for fourth place in the Wolverine Intercollegiate with a career-low score of 71-68-69--208 ... only senior to travel with the Badgers in all 10 regular-season tournaments ... led the Badgers in three of the five fall events ... led the Badgers in first four spring tournaments ... notched a career-best third place with a 69-71-73--213 at the Crooked Stick Invitational April 19-20 ... completed his career with 95 rounds ranked ninth all-time with an average of 75.17 strokes-per-round ... Elsen's 2009-10 season average of 73.76 ranked eighth best in UW men's golf history ... Elsen tallied his career-best 54-hole score of 208 at the 2009 Wolverine Intercollegiate Sept. 26-27. That 54-hole score tied for sixth best all-time.

UW's only underclassman to compete on the season ... ended tied for 134th at the NCAA West Regional ... tied for 46th at the Boilermaker Invitational, finishing at five-over par with a 221 ... ended in a tie for 69th at the OSU Kepler Intercollegiate ... was the Badgers top competitor at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate, finishing a nine-over par with a 225, including a 71 in the final set of 18 holes ... recorded career best finish at VCU Shootout where he tied for 20th (71-69-76--216) ... ended as the third-best Badger at the Big Ten/Pac-10 Challenge, tying for 39th overall ... tied for fifth at the WSGA State Amateur Championships in the summer of 2007 ...
