MADISON, Wis. -- Four members of the Wisconsin football team were chosen as finalists for national awards on Monday afternoon.

Senior tackle Gabe Carimi has been chosen as one of three finalists for the 2010 Outland Trophy, the Football Writers Association of America announced. The award, which is now in its 65th year, is given annually to the nation's best interior lineman.

Junior running back John Clay has been named one of three finalists for the Doak Walker Award, the PricewaterhouseCoopers SMU Athletic Forum announced. The award is given annually to the nation's top running back.

Quarterback Scott Tolzien has been chosen as one of five finalists for the 2010 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, it was announced. The award is given to annually to the nation's top senior quarterback.

Senior tight end Lance Kendricks has been named one of three finalists for the John Mackey Award, the Nassau County Sports Commission announced. The award is given annually to the nation's top tight end.
