MADISON, Wis. -- The Wisconsin football team’s home opener has been set for an 11 a.m. kickoff.

The Badgers’ first date of the season inside Camp Randall Stadium comes Sept. 6, when UW hosts Western Illinois in a game that will air live on BTN and BTN2Go. UW is 2-0 all-time against the Leathernecks, posting a 31-13 win in 1991 and a 34-10 victory in 2006.

The game follows the Badgers’ season opener vs. LSU in the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff on Aug. 30 in Houston, which was previously announced as an 8 p.m. (CT) kickoff.

Game times are also set for UW’s Homecoming matchup with Big Ten newcomer Maryland on Oct. 25 and the Badgers’ first-ever trip to Rutgers the following week on Nov. 1. Both games will kick at 11 a.m. (CT).

Season tickets for all seven Badgers home games are still available, while single-game tickets go on sale at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 21.
