Lisa Powell has spent all 19 of her years at Wisconsin in the Badger football office. She presently serves as assistant to head coach Bret Bielema and director of football operations Brad Pendergrass.

Powell is a native of Madison, Wis. She is a graduate of Parks College in Denver. She worked as a travel agent prior to coming to the UW.
