Finally, it's game day. The No. 5 Badgers (11-1) and No. 3 TCU (12-0) kick off at 4:10 p.m. (CT) in the 97th edition of the Rose Bowl Game. The game airs live on ESPN and online at ESPN3.com, with Brent Musburger, Kirk Herbstreit and Erin Andrews calling the action. You can also listen in on the Badger Radio Network with Matt Lepay and Mike Lucas or listen nationally on ESPN Radio.

Friday, Dec. 31
The Badgers have now arrived at Friday of Game Week and their matchup with TCU is nearly here. However, there were still a few things to do before kickoff. Head coach Bret Bielema conducted an early press conference before joining John Moffitt, Gabe Carimi and Bill Nagy at the Rose Bowl Kickoff Luncheon in Parking Lot K at Rose Bowl Stadium. The rest of the team then joined the aforementioned players at the stadium at 2 p.m. for their team photo before heading to a one-hour practice.

Thursday, Dec. 30
Thursday was a busy day for the Wisconsin football team, beginning with Rose Bowl Media Day at the Marriott Los Angeles Downtown this morning. The team then took part in a 12-period practice at the Home Depot Center. Upon leaving the practice field, the Badgers appeared at the Party at the Pier pep rally at the famous Santa Monica Pier, where 25,000 Badger fans turned out.

Wednesday, Dec. 29
Cool and windy conditions greeted the Badgers for Wednesday's 16-period practice at the Home Depot Center. After Wednesday's practice ended, members of the team went off to three different charities: the Boys and Girls Club of Pasada, a local children's hospital and Five Acres, an organization that helps vulnerable children and families.

The Wisconsin football team headed back to the practice field on Tuesday for a 22-period session at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. Following practice, the team headed directly to the Lawry's Beef Bowl, where the Badgers took part in the 55th installment of the event.

Monday, Dec. 27
Practice No. 2 is in the books for the Badgers, who drilled for 22 periods in near-perfect weather conditions at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. Following practice, the team got a surprise pep talk from former Los Angeles Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda, who was quick to point out that each of three previous UW teams he had talked to went on to win the Rose Bowl. Tonight, the players have an organized team outing to wrap up the day.

The Badgers got down to business Sunday by taking part in a 12-period practice in half-pack at the Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif. Besides the honor of National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete and a sizeable postgraduate scholarship, UW senior quarterback Scott Tolzien left New York with some advice on handling the pressure of playing in the Rose Bowl, courtesy of Alabama signal-caller Greg McElroy.

Tuesday, Dec. 21
The Badgers are still in Madison, but their equipment is already on its way to Pasadena. Marking the start of the team's Rose Bowl trip, the team's semi truck pulled out of Madison late Monday and is expected to arrive in Pasadena on Wednesday evening.

The UW Marching Band and Spirit Squad will headline a special New Year's Eve event, bringing the "Fifth Quarter" to Nokia Plaza at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles on Dec. 31, it was announced Tuesday.

The wave of recognition for the Badgers' outstanding 2010 season has made it all the way to the floor of Congress, with Rep. Tammy Baldwin introducing a resolution to commend the Badgers for their Big Ten title and Rose Bowl bid.

Senior LT Gabe Carimi and senior TE Lance Kendricks were both named to the Sporting News All-America team, while freshman RB James White earned a spot on the publication's All-Freshman Team. The trio were among several Badgers also honored by Sports Illustrated and Rivals.com.
