A walk-on entering his fifth season with UW, Jordan Smith will be a senior in 2015-16. During his first four seasons in Madison, Smith has appeared in 31 games, including 24 during back-to-back Final Four appearances for the Badgers in 2014 and 2015. A sharp-shooter from outside with a quick trigger, Smith scored 2,518 career points at Orono High School, the same alma mater as former All-Big Ten standout Jon Leuer.

Played in 14 games ... recorded one rebound and played three minutes vs. Boise State (Nov. 22) ... grabbed one rebound and played three minutes vs. UAB during the Battle 4 Atlantis (Nov. 26).

A walk-on guard, Smith has appeared in 17 games during his Badgers career.

Played in 10 games ... tallied a season-high three points against Samford (Dec. 29) ... scored two points and added a rebound against Presbyterian on Nov. 20 ... grabbed a rebound in a win over Cornell on Nov. 18.

The leading scorer in Orono High School history with 2,518 career points to rank 12th in Minnesota boys high school history ... one of the top 3-point shooters in Minnesota high school history, finishing career making 47 percent (321-686) of his shots from long range ... led the Spartans to a 28-4 record and the 2011 Class AAA State Championship as a senior, averaging 21.5 points, 3.0 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game this season ... earned Minnesota Basketball News (MBBN) 3A State Player of the Year honors after shooting 47 percent from the field as a senior, including a mark of 53 percent from 3-point range ... also earned MBBN All-State honors as a junior and senior and was a four-time All-Conference honoree ... as a junior averaged 22.5 points per game as Orono posted a record of 24-6 ... was a four-time all-conference honoree ... played six years of varsity basketball, first joining the team as a seventh grader, and started the final four seasons ... head coach was Barry Wohler
