The last of the five freshmen to sign with the Badgers a year ago, Ryan Evans was somewhat of a late-bloomer. Cut from his high school team as a sophomore, Evans developed into a slasher with raw athleticism and scoring ability. He redshirted last season and will entered into a successful his freshman campaign in 2009-10, playing all 33 games and averaging 3.5 points per game.
