MADISON, Wis.-- With kickoff of the Wisconsin football season quickly approaching, fans are invited to meet the team at Wisconsin’s annual late-summer tradition, Wisconsin Football Family Fun Day.
Head coach Gary Andersen and the Badgers will be available for autographs and photos this Saturday from 5-7 p.m. Bucky Badger and the UW Spirit Squad will also be in attendance.
Fans should enter the stadium at Gate 1 or Gate 10. Those in attendance will receive a team poster, courtesy of the Wisconsin National Guard.
In the event of inclement weather, Family Fun Day will be moved indoors to the adjacent McClain Center.
Then, on Monday, Aug. 19, take advantage of one last chance to see the Badgers before their Aug. 31 season opener against UMass by coming out to a free open scrimmage at 3:30 p.m.
Gate 1 of Camp Randall Stadium will open at 3 p.m. One lucky fan in attendance will win a pair of tickets to the Homecoming game against Northwestern.
In the event that weather forces the scrimmage inside to the McClain Center, public access will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
