2011-12 (Florida): Earned the first All-America honor of his career as a part of the 800 free relay team that finished seventh at the 2012 NCAA Championships...In his first NCAA appearance, finished 26th in the 1,650 free (15:15.02), 30thin the 500 free (4:21.08) and 31st in the 200 free (1:36.88)...Finished third in the 500 free (4:19.12), eighth in the 1,650 free (15:14.60), and 10th in the 200 free (1:36.86) - the highest of any freshman in the event - to earn SEC All-Freshman team honors...Part of the 800 free relay team at the SEC Championships that swam the eighth fastest time in UF history (6:20.86)...Swam the fastest 200, 500, 1,000 and 1,650 free on the year by a Gator freshman...Against Tennessee, took second in the 1,000 free (9:20.78) and third in the 500 free (4:31.25)...Finished three-four in the mid-distance events against Auburn with a 4:04.54 mark in the 400m free and 8:25.41 in the 800m free...At the Classic @ SMU, finished eighth in the 500 free (4:25.47) and ninth in the 200 free (1:38.82)...Collected three top-10 finishes at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a fifth-place swim in both the 200 (1:40.46) and 500 free (4:30.43), seventh-place swim in the 1,650 free (15:41.56) and helped the 800 free relay team finish first...Grabbed a pair of runner-up finishes against FSU in the 500 (4:27.27) and 1,000 free (9:11.35)...Finished fourth in both the 200m (1:55.99) and 400m (4:05.84) free against Georgia...
