MADISON, Wis. -- As part of its annual "School Days" segments featuring each Big Ten institution, the Big Ten Network will dedicate an entire day of programming to highlight Wisconsin athletics on Tuesday, July 31.
This is the third and final full day of Wisconsin programming by BTN. Tuesday's broadcast includes eight episodes of the Big Ten's Greatest Games including two men's basketball games.
The games included are the 2009 Champs Bowl with Wisconsin vs. Miami; 2005 Michigan at Wisconsin; 2010 Wisconsin at Iowa; the 2011 inaugural Big Ten Championship game between Michigan State and the 2000 football game when Wisconsin hosted Oregon. Also featured is the 2000 Rose Bowl game between Wisconsin and Stanford.
Three men's basketball games featured include 2/13/08 Wisconsin at Indiana; 11/29/00 Maryland at Wisconsin;
Also included are Big Ten Icons Barry Alvarez and Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne. The 2011 Big Ten Cross Country Championships which the Badgers won is also featured.

3:30 PM Big Ten Icons: Barry Alvarez
Barry Alvarez resurrected the Badgers football program into a national power. He spent 16 seasons as the head coach at Wisconsin, winning Big Ten titles in 1993, 1998 and 1999 & won 3 Rose Bowls.
