MADISON, Wis. -- Mark your calendar for the 2012 Wisconsin Volleyball Fan Fest and intrasquad scrimmage on Saturday, Aug. 18 in the UW Field House. This free event is open to everyone. Volleyball Fan Fest is presented by Hotel Red.
 
The fun begins at 1 p.m. with the Fan Fest. Kids can participate in both on and off-court activities with the Badger volleyball team. Plus, Bucky Badger will be available for photos and autographs. Concession stands will also be open and fans will be able to purchase Wisconsin volleyball gear at the event.
 
Head Coach Pete Waite will answer questions from the crowd at 2 p.m. while the team warms up for the annual Cardinal vs. White intrasquad scrimmage at 2:30 p.m.

The Wisconsin Volleyball team opens its home season on Friday, Sept. 7 in the InnTowner Invitational at the UW Field House. Single match tickets go on sale August 22.
