Message from the President
Like so many others, the 2013-14 season was certainly not short on excitement, enjoyment and accomplishment. Within the bookends of their record-setting 16-0 start and Final Four run, we saw the program, Coach Ryan and our student-athletes record numerous milestones. The program made its 16th consecutive NCAA tournament appearance, the fourth-longest active streak in the nation, while also becoming one of only nine teams to appear in the Sweet 16 three of the last four years. For the third time in school history and under Coach Ryan, 30 wins or more were recorded. Speaking of wins, Coach Ryan became one of 40 and only five active NCAA coaches to amass 700 wins. En route to recording wins over seven conference champions, the Badgers were the nationís only team to win a game this season scoring in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and 100s. We also honored a senior class that went 104-39 (.727) in four seasons and look forward to returning a team with a total of 252 games started.

We invite you to further your part in the menís basketball program for the upcoming 2014-15 season and beyond by becoming a member of the Badger Basketball Boosters today. Donít miss the opportunity as a member to participate annually in a variety of unique and well-attended events such as golf outings, away game bus trips, Pre-Game Chalk Talks, silent auction, lunches and dinners in continued support of our program and student-athletes. We thank you for all your past, present and future support.

On Wisconsin!

Message from Bo Ryan
As I reflect on the 2013-14 season I have a difficult time determining my favorite lasting memory. Obviously, there are many to choose from.

The teamís successes (30 wins) were thrilling, and seeing the thousands of red and white clad Badgers fans that joined us all season and throughout our NCAA tournament run was inspiring. I said in Milwaukee after our comeback win against Oregon that the energy from that Bradley Center crowd helped to get us over the hump. There is no doubt that the team feeds off the unparalleled support of our amazing donors, season ticket holders, alumni, fans and friends. For that we cannot thank you enough.

Another thing that I am so proud of, and I hope you are too, is the way our student-athletes represented the University, the state of Wisconsin and Badgers everywhere. From the N.Y. Times article highlighting their academic focus during the NCAA tournament, to the unselfish nature of every player on the roster, these young men carry themselves the right way.

There is a lot of excitement already for the 2014-15 season and it will be fun to watch the continued development of our upper classmen and the growth of our young guys. Our staff and student-athletes are very fortunate to have unparalleled support and loyalty from all of you.

We hope you will consider becoming a member of the UW Basketball family by joining the Badger Basketball Boosters.
