"It's good obviously to get the win but I didn't wrestle the way I wanted to. I was pushed there at the end. I'm happy with the win but there's definitely work to do."

Eli Stickley
On tallying the technical fall against a tough PSU opponent:
"It felt good. It's good to get back on track and I cut weight good this week and was obviously wrestling better tonight. I felt like I had a lot more energy and was healthier. The last weekend with Minnesota and Nebraska was not very good for me so it's good to get back on track."
 
Connor Medbery
On clinching 100 career wins as a Badger:
"It feels good. I wasn't really sure where I was at but it was a good match with a tough opponent and it was great to get it home too."
On facing a high-caliber opponent in Penn State:
"I think there's a lot to take away from this. They have 9 of 10 guys ranked and they are all ranked pretty high so you definitely learn something about yourself when you have that high quality of an opponent. There's stuff to build on and stuff to work on and we have a long weekend so we will be able to train and get ready for another tough opponent in Iowa. Hopefully we will improve on some things and go from there.
On facing another tough top-five opponent:
"I think this was my first top-10 opponent at home this year so it's always nice to get in front of a home crowd and have a good opponent. I've never wrestled this kid before, he was kind of banged up last year, he's been having a really good season this year. So just being ready for him and not know what to expect, I was a little more timid than I wanted to be starting out but I was able to get my offense late and get the win."
