Badgers make five appearances on Big Ten Network in 2016-17

All home games air live on BTN or BTN Plus

MADISON, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin women's basketball team will make five appearances on the Big Ten Network during the 2016-17 season.

Wisconsin faces intrastate rival Marquette live on the network on Dec. 11 at 1 p.m. from the Kohl Center.

The Badgers first Big Ten Conference game on television will be on Jan. 16 when they travel to Penn State. Tip time is 6 p.m. from University Park, Pennsylvania.

UW will be live on Big Ten Network three times during the month of February. On Feb. 4, the Badgers host Ohio State at 1 p.m. from the Kohl Center. Wisconsin's game at Michigan on Feb. 12 at 1 p.m. and its Feb. 18 home game against Rutgers will also be live on the network.

In addition, all games of the 2017 Big Ten Tournament from Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis will be shown live on Big Ten Network with the exception of the championship game, which airs on ESPN2.

Fans can watch all UW home games online on BTN Plus for a subscription fee.  BTN will televise at least 65 games during the 2016-17 season while the ESPN family will carry nine contests and CBS Sports Network one game.
