DALLAS — Welcomed by a fired up crowd and cowboy hats at the ready, the Wisconsin football team has arrived in Dallas for the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.
Tuesday, Dec. 27: Day 1 in Dallas
Tuesday morning began with Wisconsin head coach Paul Chryst donning the required local cultural headwear.
Tuesday morning saw the Badgers hold the team's first practice of the week at the Dallas Cowboy's awe-inspiring AT&T Stadium. Wisconsin will be practicing here all week before taking the field vs. Western Michigan in the stadium at noon on Jan. 2.

Wisconsin rounded out a great first full day in Texas with a trip to the NBA's Dallas Mavericks vs. Houston Rockets game, featuring UW alum and former men's basketball Badgers Sam Dekker and Devin Harris. And don't miss the Badgers' first win of the week against Western Michigan — a dance battle at mid-court!

Monday, Dec. 26: Travel to Texas
Monday's day of travel brought several exciting moments for the team and travel party.
UWBadgers.com's Chris Hall talked with T.J. Watt Monday night at the hotel and had some help from Watt's fellow Badgers.
Later Monday evening, Wisconsin players attended the NFL's Cowboys vs. Detroit game at AT&T Stadium, which will host next Monday's Jan. 2 Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic. The Badgers had a great time at the game and made some new friends!
