Coach Trask
On home field advantage:
"You know I think it's the maturity of the team. They realize the importance of winning home games, and you always want to make your home a fort. There's something about it being our house and the last time we really had that was 2013 when we went to the NCAA Tournament, so it's great. I know there's a lot of pride in our guys, wanting to do well in all our home games this year in front of our fans and it was a great performance."
On the offensive production:
"You have to score some goals during the season. We've been playing some very good defense and we've been having just enough to get by. It was nice to see, I wouldn't say the floodgates open, but to see three goals go over the line today, three different guys getting on the scoreboard.
Matej Radonic, you talk about a senior defender that has come in and scored in the two games he's played, and that's what college sports is all about. It's so exciting for us as coaches to see someone who's still bought in and ready for his moment, and it's going to be hard to keep him off the field. When we get Sam back and you know Matej has been kidding me, he wants to play forward, and I'm not so sure we might not give him a chance after two goals in two games. He's hot right now."
On Mike and Sam's availability:
"Sam is going to join us on Thursday out in Maryland and obviously Mike is coming off the red card. Tremendous test, Ludwig Field, the Maryland program, they've got a chance to wrap up the regular season so I think it's going to be a great game. I know our guys are looking forward to getting on the flight and getting out there and playing a top-five team in the country. In a couple of the polls they are the number one team in the country and if our guys aren't excited about that I don't know what gets you motivated. We've got the same buzz within our team that the football team has with Ohio State coming to town. You want to challenge yourself against the best, and that's what it is all about being at Wisconsin and we will be ready on Friday night."

Mark Segbers
On the team chemistry:
"I think it's awesome. It's building more and more each year. It's nice to finally get a good combination goal, and it's also nice to get a goal off a set piece but I think the chemistry has continued to grow more and more so I'm excited for what we have in store coming up in these next couple of games."
On the team's confidence winning this game and heading into Maryland:
"It's absolutely massive. Getting a big win and taking that into Maryland, it's a very hard place to play, number one team in the Big Ten and the country, it's just what we needed. Confidence is high, and you have to take that into a big game on Friday night."
On winning at home:
"I think it's just having the pride of protecting our home turf, and repping the W every time you put it on. It's a big thing that we are trying to implement here and teach our freshman and teach the people on the team is that, "you have to play with pride and you have to not take anything from anyone at home and you have to protect your home turf.'"

On his skill on set pieces:
"Practice makes perfect. Coach is always having me hitting them before the games, at training, it's just repetition, that's all it is. Practice."
On his goal:
"As soon as it left my foot, I kind of just turned around. That's all it was."
On the offensive team chemistry:
"It's taken some time. I mean they've (Segbers and Barlow) been together since they've been little kids. They've always had the chemistry so I've always been trying to build it. We are really close off the field all three of us so to finally be molding all together, to see what we can pull off, it's exciting. It's definitely fun to be with those two guys."
On going into Maryland with this win:
"It's massive. Coach said we needed to keep our momentum going, we haven't lost in a while, and we needed to protect the house. Maryland's a really tough place to play so we need to bring a very high effort, a high intensity to that place. Hopefully we can knock them off, they are undefeated right now, we plan to go in there and take three points. There's nothing less, but that's a crucial win today to take that in."
