Team Notes
  • For the first time this season and for the first time since Feb. 11, 2015, the Badgers had five players score in double figures. Senior Nicole Bauman led all players with 19 points while senior Michala Johnson (16), junior Avyanna Young (15), senior Dakota Whyte (13) and freshman Roichelle Marble (12) all scored 10-or-more points.
  • Wisconsin shot 50 percent (32-64) from the field, its second-highest field goal percentage this season.  The Badgers shot 50.8 percent (31-61) against Louisiana Tech on Nov. 14.
  • UW hit a season high 75 percent (9-12) from 3-point range, which ranks second all-time on UW's single game record list.
  • Wisconsin turned the ball over a season-low nine times, while dishing off 16 assists.
  • UW had a season-high eight blocks.
  • The Badgers held the Huskies to just two blocks, well below their season average of 5.9 blocks per game.
 Individual Notes
  • Senior Nicole Bauman was a perfect 5-5 from 3-point range, tying a school record previously set by Alyssa Karel (5-5) against Ohio State on March 6, 2010.
  • Freshman Marsha Howard led the Badgers with a career-high nine rebounds. She also added a career best eight points, shooting 3-5 from the field.
  • Senior Michala Johnson led all players with four blocks, tying her career high. The 6-3 forward went over 50 blocks for her career tonight. She also scored 16 points, one short of her season high.
  • Redshirt junior Avyanna Young had a season-high 15 points, shooting 9-10 from the free throw line for a career high makes. The 6-1 forward came into the game shooting 43.8 percent from the line but shot 90 percent tonight.
