The Food and Beverage Department provides services to all Athletic Facilities on
the UW-Madison campus, which primarily include the Kohl Center and Camp Randall
Stadium. By providing premier customer service along with quality food products,
our Food and Beverage Department has become one of the most respected food service
leaders in the country for Universities and Colleges. Working with us, you not only
provide a service to our guests, donors and alumni, but will gain valuable experience
that will benefit you and your future. The Food and Beverage Department believes
in promoting from within so advancement to more responsible roles while working

The main areas of employment are:
Badger Alley Bistro - As a member of The Badger Alley Bistro you will work under the supervision of a Registered Dietitian gaining valuable food service experience while serving student athletes, staff and guests of Camp Randall healthy menu items. The Badger Alley Bistro is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-7 p.m., excluding Fall Break, Winter Break and Spring Break.
Club Seating - Provide excellent wait service for our guests located
in the club seats at Camp Randall and the Kohl Center. This includes food and/or
beverage wait service, guest relations as well as bartending.
Catering & Team Meals - Provide premium catered service to
many of the teams with UW Athletics as well as sporting events, small business meetings
& tailgates to large banquets and receptions year round.
Suite Service - As a member of the Suites team you will provide
an exceptional game day experience for our guests in the luxury suites at Badger
games, special events and concerts. You will handle all guests- game day needs,
including but not limited to food and beverage requests.
Kitchen Staff - Assist the chefs at the Camp Randall and Kohl Center
kitchens. Duties may include food preparation, cooking and final presentation for
all events throughout the year.
