Tim Taggart, Food and Beverage Director, leads one of the most outstanding Food
& Beverage Departments in all of college athletics.
Catering
The Catering department for UW Athletics is committed to providing guests with a
first class experience. We provide catering services for a wide variety of functions
at several of our Athletic Facilities. From a small business meeting in the Nicholas
Clubs to a large scale reception in Heritage Hall or Kohl Center Arena we take care
of all the details so you can be the perfect host for your event!
Suite Services
The Suites team provides outstanding customer service to 72 luxury suites at Camp
Randall Stadium and 36 luxury suites at the Kohl Center. All suites are all leased
on a long term basis through the Athletic Development Office.
Club Seating
Camp Randall Stadium
Camp Randall Stadium is home to two different types of Club Seating, each which
were added with the Premium Seat addition on the east side of Camp Randall in 2004.
The Varsity Club levels, which are located on the 6th and 7th levels towards the north
end zones, seat 300 guests each, while the Buckingham Club located on the 8th floor
level between the goal lines, seats 328 guests.
Kohl Center
The Kohl Center opened its first Club Seating Area for Men's Basketball and Saturday
Night Hockey seasons in the fall of 2011. The Nicholas Club is
located directly across from Gate A and holds 80 seated guests during games and
standing room only access for our Courtside Club patrons during Men's Basketball
events. The Nicholas Club's leather seats, personal TV's, game day programs, in
seat beverage service and coat check, make these some of the best seats in the house.
Our Chef managed food stations along with non-alcoholic beverages are included in
the season ticket package. Guests also have an option to purchase alcoholic beverages
within the club.
Training Table/Team Dining
The training table unit supports the nutritional needs of many of the teams within
the Athletic Department by serving training table meals after practice and pre-game
meals before home competitions.
Culinary Unit
The culinary professionals in our kitchens provide high quality food to all units
within the food & beverage department. They utilize kitchen facilities at the Kohl
Center, Camp Randall Stadium and University Ridge Golf Course.
University Ridge
The W Grill along with the beverage carts provide food & refreshments to golfers
playing a round at University Ridge Golf Course. The W Grill also serves gourmet
meals for the numerous golf outings hosted at the course each year.
Kellner Club
The Kellner Club is a dinner club providing a pre-game buffet for donors. The club
is located on the 2nd floor of the Kohl Center and opens 2 hours prior to most men's
Basketball and Hockey games. Reservations and game tickets are required.
